Which Graphics Card is better for my PC?

I Have a Dell Ispiron 530 300w Power Supply and im looking to upgrade the graphics card to be able to play games like Civilization V and Rome Total War 2 upon release. I've found two Graphics Cards i think fit my needs but i would like confirmation they are compatible with my setup and also which one would perform better. Links Below

IM also looking at this card as a possibility since most people are telling me to stay away from ddr3 : SPARKLE 700026 (SX650C1024KDDA) GeForce GTX 650 1GB 128-bit GDDR5

The ones you found are GDDR3 which is totally not for gaming it's meant more for like streaming videos and the 4GB on that 630 is totally useless the GPU too slow to even use all or not even close to 2GB, GDDR5 makes it better for gaming...
also check this one and see if you like it, it's meant for entry-level gaming so dont expect you to be playing FarCry3 at no more than 5FPS

Ive looked on newegg and most of the 7750's say they need a 400w power supply , is there one in particular ?
 


Oh okay that makes sense, thank alot man you been a big help , i added another card to the orginal post. If you wouldnt mind giving me your thoughts on that one?
 
If a graphics card needs a 6 pin aux power lead, then it needs more than the 75w that a pcie slot can provide from the motherboard.
Such cards will need a psu with such a 6 pin power lead, and that will be found in a psu of about 400w.
The 7750 is about the strongest card that does not need auxiliary power.
In general, the amd 7xxx and nvidia GTX6xx series cards are built on the newer and less power hungry 28nm construction.
