Which Graphics Card would be better?

im trying to decide which of the two gtx 970's i should get, its a choice between

The Gigabyte GTX 970 G1 is the best choice as it has one of the best cooling and performance for a GTX 970.

the acx card runs just a tad faster than the g1 at stock speeds(according to newegg specs), the g1 runs cooler, the acx is a probably quieter under load than the g1. the g1(based on just judgement) can probably overclock a decent bit higher than the acx although not enough to make a real noticeable difference in terms of fps. go with whichever one you like the looks of/fits in your case/is cheaper.(the g1 is a very long card 12.3 inches i believe)
