AntMiu,

Can I make a suggestion here.

For the price you are better off buying a RX 480 card, and the reasons why are.

It consumes less power than a R9 380 card.
It has more stream processors count on the Gpu.

RX 480 2304 Stream Processors.

Radeon Nitro R9 380 1792 Stream Processors

Has 8Gb of memory on board the Rx 480 card.

Has 4gb of memory on board the R9 380 card.

In short for a RX 480 card more memory, and more power with 2304 stream processors. And it is also capable of direct X 12

It would be a mistake to buy a 380 card at this point in time, unless where you are buying them from they are much cheaper to buy.

Have a good look yourself at a RX 480 card 8gb version vs the R9 380 card you were going to buy, you will get more for your money even if it costs you a little bit extra in price say $10 or $20 more for a RX 480.

My budget price is about $250 for it though, do you think you could find a 480 8gb card under $300?

Err yes.
Amd reference cooler design with a single blower type fan, or a little bit more for a RX 480 card with a aftermarket cooling solution fitted by the brand maker of the card, that will keep the card cooler in temps when running.

Even if you opted for a 4Gb version of the RX 480 card you would still be getting a better deal because it has more stream processors 2304
It`s more powerful than a R9 380 card in that respect alone.
With an extra 512 Stream processors on a RX 480 card.
