which GTO to buy

looking at a powercolor x800gto with 16 pipes for 118, or a sapphire x800gto fireblade edition for 102, which would you guys buy and why? from what I have seen the fireblade is a better overclocker but the powercolor is better out of the box

The X800 GTO2 is the one you should be looking for.

Out of those two, I guess your decision is based on wether or not you're wiling to overclock...

no point in buying a gto2 now with the x850xt price on newegg, but you are talking about a whole nother price ballpark

I read somewhere that the fireblade has quite the noisy fan on it. Can't say for sure, but you may want to look into that if noise is an issue and you aren't willing to add a Zalman or Artic Cooling heatsink/fan to it.

True, I assumed you were talking AGP.

Then again, I'm not sure the GTO2 is available in AGP, but I think it is...
