How do you figure? That model is slightly over EVGA FTW base clocks (read no difference in actual performance) and has a year less warranty for the same price (well, EVGA has a $20 MIR on the FTW so if you take a few minutes to fill that out, it's cheaper). EVGA also has best in class warranty and support.

Two words. ACX 3.0.

MSI have a 3 year warranty on their cards if it comes to that. The Zotac has superior cooling and wont burst into flames in a years time plus isn't premium priced like the major named brands. The reason EVGA prices are so low is because of bad PR over the VRM issues. If that hadnt happened they'd cost a $100 more. Thats how I figure that.
