Which has more Performance at 1080p single GTX 560 or dual HD 7770 crossfire?

Hello everyone, just as the title says which has better performance at 1080p a single EVGA GTX 560 SC 2gb OR dual HD 7770 1gb cards in crossfire?

Definitely the Crossfire solution, despite having obvious scaling issues. Always choose the single most powerful graphics processing unit you can afford. Allows for greater crossfire/sli in the future. I don't like the idea of dual cards with less than 2GB video memory though. Especially at 1080p

Speaking from experience here, a Crossfire setup takes a bit of tweaking in order to get the best performance. Also, performance does not always increase as expected with two cards. I have a 7770 Crossfire setup, and I think I would have done better with a single more powerful card.
