Which HDD do i need to buy for my laptop?

Hey, my friend recently got a laptop but the HDD inside is broken so we both are looking for a replacement but we can't figure out which one he needs to buy. been looking everywhere and not even on the asus website we see which HDD it's using.

Asus A551LB- XX283H is the name of his laptop

Anyone that can help us out please.

It's for sure a standard 2,5" SATA HDD that can be replaced with any standard 2.5" HDD or SSD. The only thing to keep an eye on is the hight. So atek the old one out an measure it. 7mm, 9mm or 12mm are typical. For better performance replace the HDD with a SSD.
