Which i5 4th Gen processor is good with the MSI Z97 Gaming 5 Motherboard.

No, just want to play games without OC.
Now my specs were i3 530
Mobo - Intel DH55TC
GPU - MSI AMD R7 250 1GD5
PSU - Corsair VS 450
Cabinet - Coooler Master K281.
I just want to upgrade my processor, mobo and psu.

You should re-evaluate the motherboard you listed.
If you will not overclock, then any lga1150 motherboard at 1/3 the price will support any of the cpu chips you listed.
Here is one example at 3565:
http://www.flipkart.com/gigabyte-ga-h81m-s1-motherboard/p/itmdpyhgftcpughs?pid=MBDDPYHGFTCPUGHS&srno=b_3&al=St%2F0loTlYXILVpy3NY1u%2BSwNU4kR%2BM1ToUi1%2BVf%2BylY5CdA%2FkFaRHYaLq2lx4bRfFLwHQxVDMNU%3D&ref=0c3a5f41-cd7d-4d62-8295-5e8f98057d59

Even then, the description of "gaming" is just marketing. The only reasonable justification would be for a motherboard with cf/sli capability.
Not until you need a card stronger than a GTX980 would one need a "gaming" motherboard.

A R7-250 is not much more than an entry level card for gaming.
Budget spent on a better graphics card will usually let you game better.

What to do??

If you have a short budget, I suggest a basic lga1150 motherboard and a i3-4150 @ 7690.
http://www.flipkart.com/intel-3-5-ghz-lga-1150-i3-4150-bx80646i34150-processor/p/itmefbqmdhxvmvcd?pid=PSREFBQMQW7NVNYK&srno=b_3&al=%2BQmz%2Bid1o0%2FI4Ess33AtmQNgXMLFyi9WTZ9fs%2FyfmH5E2VaBzoW0FYaLq2lx4bRfFLwHQxVDMNU%3D&ref=71b49ce6-4c4f-4518-9680-7086e3055f58
The i3 has hyperthreading to give it 4 threads, and the 3.5 clock rate is as fast as a 4670.
Few games can make use of more than 2 cores.
That motherboard or similar will support any lga1150 cpu including the i7-4790K . The 4790K will run at 4.0/4.4 stock and is the absolute best you can get without overclocking. 23990 for one.
A stronger graphics card like a GTX750ti would be appropriate.

If your budget is greater and you want too plan on future upgrades, then I suggest a inexpensive Z97 based motherboard.
Here is one for 9299:
http://www.flipkart.com/gigabyte-ga-z97m-d3h-lga-1150-intel-z97-hdmi-sata-6gb-s-usb-3-0-micro-atx-motherboard/p/itmdysm6pcem5w6s?pid=MBDDYSM6RYGZFWHF&srno=b_1&al=St%2F0loTlYXIV8hpPBx8uF2NPTkxnbsDdzmwxtppyM%2F8bYpKA719dLoaLq2lx4bRfFLwHQxVDMNU%3D&ref=f3be04e1-b82c-4dea-bdd4-2dc12a7cf396
It will support any lga1150 cpu and will also support overclocking a "K" suffix cpu or future 14nm broadwell.

The best Core i5 processor is obviously the 4690K which you do not have listed. The second best Core i5 processor is the 4670K. Those processors aren't worth it if you're not going to be overclocking though and neither is that motherboard unless you want it for the quality and/or some of the features. The Core i5 4440 is the best deal out of all the Core i5 processors on flipkart if you're not overclocking and it performs very well too.

Honestly, i dont see the point, in this particular case, of upgrading your CPU WITHOUT upgrading your GPU. Your R7 is a low-mid level card that will bottleneck your system. I dont think that youll see a very good (or even a "good") increase in performance because your CPU will just wait after your GPU to send him some data to process. Your problem is not that your CPU is bottlenecking your present system, it is more that both (GPU and CPU) begin to be a little "outdated"... In fact, i would say that in your present system, your GPU is probably your weakest link. You would probably have a better increase in performance in upgrading your GPU than your CPU, but honestly, i think you should upgrade both if you want to considerably increase your performance!

My 2 cents

I bought in 2010 these...
i3 530
Mobo - Intel DH55TC
GPU – Nvidia Geforce 9400GT http://www.biostar.com.tw/app/en/vga/introduction.php?S_ID=76
I only change my Cabinet, SMPS in 2014 to Cabinet - Coooler Master K281 and PSU - Corsair VS 450 so in later 2015 or earlier 2016 I want to change and upgrade my cpu, psu and motherboard and want to buy new gpu not for change with prev. but for addon to use AMD CF tech. so refer me a good gpu also.
