Which i5 CPU should i upgrade to with this build?

Im looking for a good i5 CPU that would be compatible with this build:

Also, the video card said it requires a 750w power supply but pcparrtpicker says that my current 500w would do the job. Is that true? Any suggestions to my build would be cool as well! Thanks!

You dont need 750W but at least a 620 maybe the Seasonic 620 perhaps? Also if you want to OC than go with an i54690k if not go with an i5 4440

You are at 500W and your PSU only supports 500W so any kind of spike and you will blow that system thats why I suggested at least a 620W PSU.

The i5 4440 will be perfect for your needs. Get a H87 or H97 mobo and you'll be gold. Also, I would DEFINITELY get a 750W PSU. That PSU is a piece of shit to be put in simple terms. I would get the G.Skill Sniper 1600mhz as it is much cheaper than that RAM but is faster.
