Which is best for gaming AMD A6-3420M Quad Core or I5

Which would be best for my son's gaming, he wants to play Minecraft mainly.
Price difference is £140 betwen them.

NVIDIA GT525, 4GB RAM, 500Hard Drive memory.

Dell Inspiron 15r 5520 Laptop , Processor: Intel Core i5-3210M (up to 3.1 GHz, 3MB cache), 6 GIG DDR 3 (1600mhz), 1000GB 1TB Hard Drive (5400RPM), Bluetooth, Intel HD Graphics 4000

I would pick the Dell Inspiron 15R with the GT-525M. GT-525M is better than the other two laptops' graphics. 4 GB of RAM is enough for gaming.

Yup. HD 4000 is not so good.
