Which is better; Antec 750w Edge Modular or Coolermaster Masterwatt 650w

It depends what wattage your components require.

Otherwise, that specific Coolermaster PSU is only "80+ Bronze" efficiency while the Antec is "80+ Gold efficiency". With the same wattage, better efficiency will be better.

its a i5 3470 and 280x, should only use 450w so im sure these can both run it. im just wondering which one wont blow up

The Antec is a Seasonic, the CM is a HEC. I would go Seasonic over HEC.

u sure that specific antec one is seasonic though, ive heard it was worse than antecs usual ones but maybe thats false.

Neither of them should blow up, but I'd personally recommend getting the Antec 750W, it's a better trusted architecture, better efficiency, and this one has even more wattage breathing room. It's technically made by Seasonic, and they're a trusted brand.
Yes, Seasonic manufactures the Antec PSUs, they just have the Antec brand.
