So I just got a few used components again for free and in one system is i7 2600 non K paired with MSI 1060 6G i'm currently using an FX 8350 and I was wondering if i7 2600 is faster than 8350.

They're roughly comparable, the i7 2600 is faster in single threaded performance, the FX 8350 is a smidge better in multithreaded performance. The FX 8350 will also overclock to 4.4 or so on average if you're motherboard supports it, but it also uses more power to do it. The i7 2600 will also overclock a little depending on the board, but the max you can get out of it is like 3.9 or so. If you're thinking about switching over to it in place of your FX 8350, its not really worth it, the gains would be pretty minor. If you can get a first or second gen Ryzen 7 1700 or 2700, a cheap AM4 board, and some ram, that would be a huge upgrade over both, and you would have an potential upgrade path to a Ryzen 7 5800X3D if the board supports it.

If you do not already have the motherboard for the i7-2600, just stay with your current 8350.

The 2600 is "slightly" better, but not enough to spend money on.

I overclocked my 8350 to stable 4,5Ghz anything over that it just crashes and reboots in a loop until I change it in bios also paired with Crosshair V Formula Z

Im thinking about selling everything except the 1060 and buliding someting else around that gpu I found an i5 9500 for like 40 euro used but idk
Does that include a motherboard or is it 40 for just the CPU? Its a steal if that's a combo, finding a decent and not overpriced b360, b365, z370, or z390 board can sometimes be a challenge. Keep an eye out for some am4 deals, you may find a combo for a decent price.

FX 8350 got more cores you can complete tasks faster, but i7 2600 has more power according to this https://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/AMD-FX-8350-vs-Intel-Core-i7-2600/1489vs620 but depends on what your useing them for.
Userbenchmark is notorious for scoring AMD CPUs and GPUs badly, they just have a hate-on for AMD. I know it's convenient to point to one site that will let you compare parts against each other. But their data is extremely flawed, you're better off by looking up a few different reviews at other sites.
