Which is better DDR2 533Mhz CL4 or 400MHz CL3

I am trying to decide which is better memory for a home build (Mobo Intel D915PBL / P4 3.4 Ghz). It seems the 533MHz is CL4 and the 400MHz is CL3. Is there any diference?

The latency will be the same: 3 * 5 ns vs 4 * 3.75 ns.
