Which is Better DDR3 128bit or DDR5 64bit

Hello... This chart will give a general performance of the Video card you are looking at... the type and amount of memory used ( performance ) will show up here. http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/
Just type in your card# and type passmark after it... and Google it, for a fast web page reference to the charts.

then why its wrote ddr5 not gddr5

NVIDIA GEFORCE GT630 2GB DDR3 128BIT PCI-E CARD (FORSA)

or

EVGA GeForce GT 730 2GB GDDR5 64bit DVI/HDMI/VGA Low Profile Graphics Card 02G-P3-3733-KR

which one of these is better ?

please help to sort out difference between DDR3 128bit and DDR5 64bit

does "Bit" part matter most ?

it would be very helpful thank you in advance :)

GT 730 is better than the GT 630. You are getting confused over 128-bit and 64-bit thing. Look, in GPU, latencies won't really matter but the speed. In this case, 630 has effective memory clock of 1800MHz (almost 28.5 GB/s) but in 730 effective memory clock is 5500MHz (40 GB/s). Which is faster, decide for yourself.

When it comes to GPU and VRAM, the more the memory clock, the better it is. 64-bit bandwidth bus would be compensated by the higher clock rate.

Definitely go for GT 730. Topic of DDR3 vs GDDR5 is a lengthy one, I've just given you a tip of iceberg in a nut shell. :)

Thank you so much , that was really helpful and positive response which I really needed on my tight budget.
And you really saved my time also gained me some good knowledge. As being a beginner I was really confused and also I am not financially sound to take a risk. So thanks again :)
