Which is Better DDR3 128bit or DDR5 64bit

I assume you mean DDR3 and GDDR5 for graphics cards? If so, GDDR5 is infinitely better than DDR3 as it has a much higher memory bandwidth.

DDR3 and GDDR5 in graphics cards represent the underlying graphics memory (VRAM) type and its bandwidth. Always go with GDDR5 being offering much higher bandwidth than DDR3 regardless of bit-interface.

The seller probably has the wrong description. DDR5 RAM has never existed; graphics cards have always been DDR3 or GDDR5.

GT 730 is better than the GT 630. You are getting confused over 128-bit and 64-bit thing. Look, in GPU, latencies won't really matter but the speed. In this case, 630 has effective memory clock of 1800MHz (almost 28.5 GB/s) but in 730 effective memory clock is 5500MHz (40 GB/s). Which is faster, decide for yourself.

When it comes to GPU and VRAM, the more the memory clock, the better it is. 64-bit bandwidth bus would be compensated by the higher clock rate.

Definitely go for GT 730. Topic of DDR3 vs GDDR5 is a lengthy one, I've just given you a tip of iceberg in a nut shell.

Start your own thread please.
For slow cards such as the 730, it is always better to go for GDDR5 and 1 GB.
2 GB is pointless, and even worse with DDR3.
