Which one is better for gaming?

Can I run bo2 on low at 60fps? Or low for league of legends at 60fps? Or COD AW at low setting at 60fps? This is just for basic gaming on low settings. I don't care about graphics just frame rates. I can run the screen resolution to 800x600. I do that with my laptop now solid 30 on extra quality.

My budget is $400-$630. I have to get it pre-built or they build it. I can't Buy the parts and go to a store and ask them to build it. I can't build it myself either.

If i add a NVIDIA GTX 750 TI to build #2 will it be good enough?

Solution
You definitely will want a graphics card or the cpu wont work as well as possible and will look horrible and building a pc is very easy and can be done in 20/30 min its just like tetris but you need to know what goes where and a youtube video can help that.

the second one would be better since it does not have a gpu included allowing you to add one that's better than the included one with the first pc. your trouble will come from the power supply that is installed on both systems. it is only 300 watts so it won't support too good of a card. the 750ti would be a good fit for this pc as it is very low wattage and pretty much designed for this purpose.

if you have to go with one of these i'd suggest the second one and AFTER you have it in your house, open it up and see if the power supply has a pci-e power cable. if it does you can get one of the better 750ti's that take a 6 pin connector and use around 75 watts or so. if it does not, then get a 750ti that does not need any extra power and uses less power that can be supplied by the mobo alone.

with that said, you can certainly do better building it yourself from parts you buy separately if it is at all possible. some resources you can use to help if your unsure wold be the internet as it's full of videos and how to's you can follow, a friend that might know how to do this and finally an option that's not often thought of would be an IT worker from your school or job. they will know how to do this and would probably enjoy helping you get it done. I used to help students all the time when i was teaching. i enjoyed it and it helped them learn a new skill.
