For another $30 you can get an r7-260x which is a good step up from the 250, would be well worth it to wait until you can get the 260x (vs buying the 250, then having to buy a better card latter).

I would save up and get the r7 260x. I'm buying this card for a build and I hear it's pretty damn good. It's 2gb, and is only $129.99 on Amazon. On other websites it's $139.99. It uses a lot of power though. 155 watts. So just buy a 500+ psu and you're good to go
