Solution
Neither if you plan to stick with that expensive paperweight PSU. If you change to something of more reliability and you can ensure that your motherboard BIOS is UEFI enabled, then you can get the GTX750Ti. Yes, I know, that is a lot of factors to consider. First make sure you've got a UEFI BIOS for that motherboard(which I highly doubt exists).

You could borrow a GTX750Ti and see if it runs on your system before you spend on one.

Gtx750ti is @10% stronger than the gt1030. That works out to roughly 4-5fps more on average, which isn't really much difference at all.

Your bios will be a huge obstacle, most new cards simply do not work with legacy bios, they need a UEFI bios. Of all the brands, the one with the most success with legacy is Evga, not Asus or Gigabyte.

Psu is a fire hazard, an accident waiting to happen. It's not even remotely close to being called reliable or safe when subjected to the loads a gpu can use. It says 300w, but is far more likely 150w, which is close to what the pc runs now. If you add any gpu, expect the psu to fail shortly after. Hopefully it won't take the gpu and motherboard with it, which is a very strong possibility.

gtx 750 ti is way cheaper and better then gt 1030 OC you can even see it benchmarks.
gt 1030 is over 100$ when you can get a refurbished gt 750 ti for 60-80$ off ebay
