Which is better? Ipad air 4 or Ipad pro 2021 (M1)

Hey guys,
I am looking for a tablet that is more value for money, future proof and good for gaming.
I have come accross two options, Ipad air 4 and Ipad pro 2021.
Please let me know which one will be better. Also let me know if any other tablet out there will be better suited than both of the above.

Well, in any case, the iPad Pro 2021 would be better for future proofing due to having 5G capabilities as well as for gaming because of the M1 chip.

However, if you have a tablet that is less than 3-4 years old you should try to maybe get a slightly cheaper price on the iPad Pro, to bring the price closer.
