RAM - 8G Hyper X Fury 1866mhz
VC - NVIDIA GT 730 OR AMD R7 240 both are 1G DDR5 ?
PSU: Silverstone Strider Essentials 500w or corsair vs450 ?

INTEL BUILD:
Processor - Intel i3-6100 3.7GHz
Motherboard - ASUS H81M-C S1150
RAM - 8G Hyper X Fury 1866mhz
VC - NVIDIA GT 730 OR AMD R7 240 both are 1G DDR5 ?
PSU: Silverstone Strider Essentials 500w or corsair vs450 ?

Questions:
Which is better performance in gaming and low cost on electricity ?
Which is good PSU for this build ?

Third choice - Integrated graphics, both of those graphics cards are honestly worse than the integrated graphics found in modern cpus and they aren't really worth paying money for. If you really want a graphics card and those are your options it really doesn't matter which one you go with, they perform almost the exact same. Just go with the cheaper one. As far as the integrated graphics go, the a8 7600 is the better choice.

the 240 1gb (ddr5) is faster than the onboard a8 7600. now mind you both will be disappointing in terms of longevity and performance on contemporary games. since this is a new build i'm assuming you want to play rather "smoothly". stretch your budget, go with the intel build and get a rx460/gtx950 as minimum.

sir, how about kavari a10-7850k ? is it decent VC compare to gt 730? i like what you suggest sir but i have only limited budget for the build. 🙁

No it is not, APUs are not very good in terms of graphics.
It appears it's not just me for the weird banned from site thing, just tried it via proxy, on mobile data and through google translate, nothing.
