Which is Better nVidia GT 9800 512mb 256 bit or an APU?.....help!

Hi guys, I need your help about Graphics. I already have AMD A8 6600k APU (with HD8570D Graphics on it) with 8GB RAM (1866mhz 2x 4Gb), then my friend gave his Palit GT 9800 512mb 256bit Videocard to me.

My question is, which is better?

do you have any idea about ther frame rates? performance?
I'll add the GT 9800 to my system if the HD8570D graphics is far behind...

The HD8570D would not be very far behind and it is newer tech. both would be entry level today.
