Which is better PSU?

Which is better PSU a Brand new CorsairVS450 or slightly used 450W FSP 80Plus Bronze?
I'm on a tight budget, so I can't afford higher quality than that, Thanks!

I wouldn't get either one, neither one is worth buying.

There's always debate to only buy expensive top tier psu. From my experience I'd recommend a branded product that's 80 plus bronze as a minimum.

But Tbh I've been using a evga 500w 80 plus white for 4 years, I've always overclocked my cpus when I used to own FX series chips and I've always overclocked graphics cards gtx 970 rx 480 etc. Never once did this psu that was alleged to burn my house down cause any issues it's been great for £39.99

They all have warranty 3-5 years so just buy one that's branded 80 plus bronze you should be fine
