Which is better?

This is a budget build, just wondering which is a better deal. The R9 gets me bf4. I also heard the GTX 660 gets AC and Splinter cell. Is this true, if so how do i find out? Thanks

R9 270x is better by far and it is also much newer compared to GTX660 I say R9 is the way to go, plus Bf4 is a better game because they are fixing all the issues.

Is sapphire or whatever a good brand, this is my first build, just trying to get the best money for my buys.
