Which is Better?

I heard people say the MSI graphics cards are better and i have heard people the nvidia are better? Ex: I can't decide between the MSI GeForce GTX 970 4GB Twin Frozr V Video Card or the EVGA GeForce GTX 970 04G-P4-3975-KR 4GB SSC GAMING w/ACX 2.0+, Whisper Silent Cooling Graphics Card. But I'm leaning towards the MSI GeForce GTX 970 4GB Twin Frozr V Video Card because i have heard from friends its better in general.

I would take the EVGA one, it has a great warranty, and that cooler is crazy. But that is my preference.

I own the MSI and love it.

MSI has the better cooler for the 970.
Their quality and support is amazing, but more importantly their cooler is two times as quiet compared to the EVGA model (30dBA for MSI, vs 40 for EVGA)
The card also OCs moderately better as well.
