Which is Fast For Video Rendering With Camtasia 7 FX 8150 Or i7 2600K

I Want to buy a new costume Pc, the work i mostly do is Video Editing using Camtasia 7.1 and Rendering Them but the rendering the video take too much time on my current Pc i don't know that the video rendering is CPU or GPU dependent process i have decided to buy a new pc but just confused between the Intel i7 2600K or AMD FX 8150.

The i7-2600k with hyperthreading is a bit better than the FX 8150 with 8 cores.
