Which is faster for 1080p gaming

I want to build my first PC and I'm questioning which of these two combos I should pick.

1: i5 7600, B250 mobo and a GTX 1070
2: R5 1500x, X370 mobo and an RX 580

If I do get the 1500x I plan to use the extra money to go towards an H100i to overclock heavily hence the X370 motherboard
