The 3200G runs 8500 and the 3400G runs 13,000 so your budget only allows for the 3200G. On pcpartpicker I do not see the 2200G or 2400G so I cannot make any recommendation on those, but if you can find the 2400G for 10,000 or less then that would be your best bet.

I forgot to mention, that the Igpu is sensitive to memory speed, so at the minimum, I'd recommend a 2x 4GB or 2x 8GB 2933mhz kit.
Do not go for a single channel kit.
