Can someone please tell me which is the best graphics card out of the ones here

I have the AMD 7970 but want to upgrade to one of these

Radeon R9 290X Vapor-X 8GB

Radeon R9 295 X2 8GB

GeForce TITAN Black Edition

GTX 780

Hold off a little while. I doubt any of those will be much of an upgrade and the nvidia 800 series is coming out soon. They'll support dx12.

R9 295X2 8GB Easily, that is two R9 290X 4GB's on the same PCB!, that'll destroy any of those cards but has a whopping price tag.

You can wait for the GTX 800 series, and may be a good option, but no single GPU'd card released (GTX 880) will be the dual GPU'd R9 295X2, for obvious reasons, 1 better GPU vs 2 slightly worse GPU's.
