Prices are way overpriced on some models, but I did see a Gigabyte model at Newegg for $270USD.

Make sure it's a 6GB model (not 3GB).

It's also hard to recommend the RX-480 8GB cards->

They are SLOWER and cost about the same.

(to be more accurate, the RX-480 averages the R9-390 but is slower in some games and faster in others. It will beat the GTX1060 in some games, and probably will beat in on average in DX12 but considering the price and the fact it drops to as low as 70% the FPS in some games I just can't recommend it until the price drops).

The best value imo would be the Zotac GTX 1060 AMP! at $10 more than the Windforce mentioned above.
It offers better temps and quieter operation for only a little more.
