Hi all,
Greetings !!

Can you please suggest Which is the best GTX 970 4GB version to buy.

I even have plans to SLI in future with the same.

From all the reviews and the few user ratings I've read and heard of, MSI Gaming or GigaByte's G1 seem to be the best for SLI right now, very cool, quiet and excellent OC potential (especially MSI). Asus is good too, but the former 2 are a bit better in OCing and quietness. Any of the 3 would be great though and you won't go wrong with either. My advise, MSI or G1.

Hi Thank you for the quick reply.
I am a beginner.I have no intentions of doing over clocking.May be SLI after 3 years ;-)
I am currently using EVGA GTX 770 4GB , want to upgrade to GTX 970 4GB.How are EVGA versions of GTX 970 ??

Currently, EVGA's ACX 1.0 are not optimal design for 900 series, a heatpipe or two don't even touch the chips, resulting in noisier and hotter cards, not recommended. ACX 2.0 is due to release sometime soon, which'll eliminate these issues and give us back the good old EVGA premium class cards! But right now, EVGA is a big no-no (ACX 1.0 models).

Not technically sure on aspects , but looks like gigabyte has 3 fans which helps in faster cooling I guess ?? ,reviews are also good for gigabyte.

I had EVGA GTX 770 4GB installed the noise is very very low the card is quiet , I am looking for something like that in terms of fan noise & performance
Suggest one :)

Well yes, G1 is a great all rounder card too, I suggested it in my first reply, but its huge (length wise). MSI is a bit better at OCing and the most silent, followed closely by G1 and Asus. Best cooling is offered by G1 and MSI followed by ACX 2.0 and Asus. So yes, you may get the one you find cheaper b/w MSI and G1, provided your case has the required space :)

Still in confusion ?
GIGABYTE has 3 coolers and a back plate.
How about the coil wine on MSI anybody noticed anything ??

As advertised Gigabyte comes with core clock - 1178 , boost clock 1329 looks like higher frequencies than other competitors.
Anyways I don't have plans to do OC.

I have an NZXT Phantom 530 White ATX Full Tower Computer .
Not sure if GIGABYTE will fit in :)

I too have the same thought and same question.
