Okay. i3 6100 will handle most games well except for the ones that prefer i7's, but if you're looking into an i3 then that's probably out of your budget, right?

You should get Intel i3 or the Top Pentium G CPU (7th Gen) instead. Since you are not upgrading from Skylake.
