I am making a budget PC system for school and my Youtube Channel. I have 2 viable options unless you make a better one with my budget of around $650-700 NZD.

I want to record, edit 720p and maybe 1080p (in the future) games like BF4, CSGO and more. Doesn't matter if it would take a bit of time just if it can.
