Which is the better GPU?

Gigabyte GeForce GTX 750 Ti Black Edition 2GB vs EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti FTW ACX 2GB

They're both the same price and I'll be using one of them with the Intel i5 4460 CPU.

I'll be using it in a build which will be used to record gameplay, edit and play games

they are very nearly identical day to day you won't notice it, go on price, warranty and loudess (if that's an issue for you).

You will not be able to tell the difference being the same GPU just a matter of manufacturer. I personally would select EVGA unless there was price savings.
