Which is the better graphics card, GT1030, GTX 750TI, or R7 270X?

Hi, I'm looking for a very cheap, low end graphics card, and these three have caught my eye. I would be able to get the GT 1030 new, but cannot find the other two new so they would be second-hand. These three look especially appealing due to their price and having 2gb of vram.

My current specs are: AMD A10-9700, 8gb ram.

I am mainly looking to get high frames on TF2, CSGO and other low-end games, but also steady frames (30+) on games like CoD: BO3. Any help would be most appreciated, so thanks guys.

It is solidly the R9 270X. The GTX 750 Ti is about 20% faster than the GT 1030, and the R9 270X is about 60% faster than the 750 Ti.

In modern terms the R9 270X is roughly equal to the GTX 1050.

It occurred to me that you may have meant the R7 260X... it is still faster than the 750 Ti by about 20%.

good choice. the r9-270 is roughly the same as the 750ti. maybe a touch faster. so the 270x is the clear winner here.
