Which is the smarter upgrade?

I have an ABit BE-6 with an Cel 466@525 and a TNT2 Ultra. I play too much 3D games, and now I want more speed. From a value/performance point of view, what would be the smarter upgrade? I need TV-out.

you would have to get a DDR graphics card as the MX has slower memory than your ultra the performance wouldn't be increased enough to get a GTS so i'd wait to buy a GF3

Get a new processor, make sure you have plenty of RAM, and get a new video card.
