Theres no point in getting a weaker model if theres a better performing one for cheaper.

You shouldnt look into getting the weakest hardware, but rather the best that fits your budget, so Im not really following why you want the weakest i3.

Well out of the current available i3s the 4160 tray is the cheapest, and the 530 is the weakest, but good luck finding a new LGA 1156 board.
