I'm planning to buy an SSD but before purchasing i cannot consider which more better
My Choices:
Western Digital SN850 500GB
or
Samsung 980 pro 500GB
Or purchasing these both SSD's is dumb cause i got Asrock B450 Steel Legend which has

6 SATA3, 1 Ultra M.2 (PCIe Gen3 x4), 1 M.2 (PCIe Gen3 x2 & SATA3)
Will i able to take full of these both SSD's i mean the read and write speed

If presented a choice, always Samsung but that MB doesn't have PCIe v4 so max speed will be cut down to half on a par with Samsung 970 evo plus for instance so unless you are planning for major upgrades soon would be waste of money.
For second M.2 slot it's even worse. it has only PCIe x2 which would cut down speed by another half, about twice the speed of a SATA SSD which is...

The ssd's will run at pcie3x4 speed.
Perhaps save a buck and shop for a ssd that's designed that speed.

For second M.2 slot it's even worse. it has only PCIe x2 which would cut down speed by another half, about twice the speed of a SATA SSD which is scarcely noticeable.
I would (and did) put money difference in capacity rather than unusable speed.
