Which laptop is the better bang for buck?

Simple question, which laptop is the better bang for buck (also is asus refurbished laptops any good?)

Or if someonecould come up with a gaming laptop that could run "from the depths" and "total war warhammer" (with possibility of black ops 3) at high settings (with a 17" preferably ) with decent fps that's not above $1299 I won't complain!!!

The one with the 1060 is better. Less RAM, but much better graphics card. Neither should have a problem with warhammer, but the 1060 laptop will last longer

Best bang for the buck and best laptop are two different things, is the 1060 worth the $360 price difference with all things considered (refurbished 980m)?

Personally, I think the combination of a few factors here make the 1060 one better.

1. the better graphics card,
2. it isn't refurbished,
3. newer components,
and 4. the i7 7700 is better than the 4710

So, if it were a $360 price difference for just the better card than no, it isn't worth it. But the $360 price difference is justified by all the bonuses combined for sure.
