Which laptop should I buy between these three?

I have three choices...I don't know which laptop is better

Option 1: Dell Inspiron Intel Pentium Quad Core N3710 Processor, Intel Integrated HD 405, 4 GB DDR3 RAM,500 GB HDD, Linux/Ubuntu Operating System

Option 2: Asus, AMD APU Dual Core E1 ( E1-6010), AMD Radeon R2s, 4 GB DDR3, 500 GB HDD, CD/DVD writer, Windows 10

Option 3: Lenovo APU Dual Core A6 7th Gen, 4 GB DDR4, 1 TB HDD, DOS Operating System

My main requirement is to do data analysis and do everyday use. I won't be using it for gaming. So I would like to know which has the best processing speed. I don't care much about OS. I don't know enough to compare processors. These are my only three options right now. So can someone please tell which one is best? They are all same price.
