Which LGA 1366 MB should I buy? please help

Hi guys, I am getting away from my extreme LGA 775 as of last night and am going to upgrade I am looking to spend from 190.00-250.00 I am looking at EVGA X58 FTW3 132-GT-E768-TR LGA 1366 Intel X58 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
but I cannot tell if it runs 8x or 16x on the second video card in cross fire? I know this one runs at 8x EVGA 131-GT-E767-TR LGA 1366 Intel X58 SLI 3 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
but it is not that big of a deal cause I only run one video card anyway.. I believe the x58 chips all only run 250mg transfer rates even though it is 6gig. Any input and why maybe please. Thank you for some help here. Also I do like to overclock and get the most from parts.
