Ok so this is really confusing, can someone pleas tell me which one should I take, they cost the same but one is faster, here is one https://www.transcend-info.com/products/No-953 (128GB version) and here is the other one https://www.gigabyte.com/Solid-State-Drive/GIGABYTE-M2-PCIe-SSD-128GB#kf . I am not even sure if these are supported by my motherboard (https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/MAXIMUS-VIII-HERO/ ). So if anyone can take their time pleas and tell me which one is better, honestly I like the Gigabyte one only because its dark color and matches the look of my mobo. Thanks in advance 😁

Transcend is marginally faster. Transcend is also original chip maker, making RAM etc. for many years while Gigabyte is using someone else's chips.

Yes, the "key" matters immensely.
However, both of those drives are compatible with your motherboard.

Where do you read the Transcend is "B"?
Well I didn’t read it I was trying to compare pictures and it looks like its B keyed 😅, but how do you know they are if it doesn’t say anything about in on Transcend’s site?
