Buy the cheapest ran, with the best settings, at the lowest voltage.
Screw rebates, they tend to screw you over more often than not.
Lower voltage with the better settings equal better ram.

While #1 does have the best timings, it also has the highest voltage. With those voltages, chances are you won't be able to overclock at all. With #3 though, since it has low voltages to start with, you will most likely be able to tighten the timings to those of the Super Talent.

No.
It has the highest voltages but it doesnt mean that u cant OC it,i myself had 4GB OCZ DDR2 800 RAM with 4-4-4-15 timings and 2.1 voltages and it OC'd very well, also 2.2 voltage is a high voltage but for OC'ng its recommended to se the RAMs voltage to its default settings for 2.x for a good OC.

Honestly, both of them are going to offer good performance, and the differences are going to be minimal. If the OP isn't going to be overclocking or tightening timings, either one will be good.

I've had bad luck with the OCZ platinum series RAM. Some of it seems to be very good and overclocks like magic, but other sticks won't even run at the rated speed. I would go with the mushkin. It's got tight timings and low voltage.
