Proud new owner of an Asus Strix GTX 1070ti, and an i5-8600K. I still have to order a new mobo and memory. This is the first time I've upgraded since 2015, and ALOT has changed. For a mobo, I'm leaning towards the Strix Z370-E, to match the 1070ti, but I'm open to better options in the price range if anyone has suggestions. There are just too many to choose from and reviews are all over the place on which boards are best.
I'm also struggling to decide which Ram to get to go with the new CPU and board. I'd like to get one of the RGB sets, but which one? The timings are all so different, and the 8600K looks like it's limited to 2666, so, yeah, help please? I want a 2 stick, 16 gb set.
