Which mobo to buy?

Hello all,

Getting ready to build my first gaming rig. I am getting an i5-3570k. Just can't decide on which mobo would be a better choice.

Between the two I would go with the Asrock but then again I am a fan of the Asus P8Z77-V PRO.
