Which monitor for 1080p? 60hz, 75hz or 144hz? (specs and games included)

Hi, so shortly, I'll be ordering my new graphics card which is either nitro+ or pulse.
I'm staying on 1080p gaming. But I need a new monitor as well. Right now I'm gaming on a tv (not very smart as I wasn't thinking straight, it has horrible ms+it's 60hz)
My specs
-Z170a gaming motherboard
-CPU: Intel i7 6700 (non k) turbo boost:4.0Ghz
-GPU: Soon: Sapphire RX580 (right now on igpu)
-16 gig ram
-750 psu
Games I wanna play
-Singleplayers: Shadow of the tomb raider, Battlefield V, as well as future games like need for speed,...
-Multiplayer: Warframe (a fast paced co-op game), League Of Legends (ranked), Battlefield V, Battlefield 1,...
Question
Which monitor should I take at which inch? 60hz, 75hz or 144hz? I'm mostly sitting +/-1m from the screen.

Note: I'm not a competitive gamer, certainly not in shooters. I read that alot of people were saying things like you don't need a 144hz if you don't game competitively, that's why I'm saying this.

Then get the 75Hz model. I'd still recommend FreeSync though. It doesn't cost much extra.

*But honestly, those are both cheap monitors. If you want something with a great color image then get an IPS monitor.
