Which monitor is better?

I'm looking at two different Samsung monitors:

Samsung S27C750p: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824001963

On the specs it looks like the second one might have better viewing angles?
Also, I couldn't find information about what panel technology the second one has.

Which one would you choose, or am I barking up the wrong tree in looking at Samsung? Thanks.

The second one is better, has better contrast ratio, but is also more expensive.
And no, Samsung monitors are really good.

The HP one is very good too, and it says it's an IPS with LED backlighting, so I think you would get better viewing angle and better colours with HP, but Samsung one is also great.
HP one is a lot of cheaper, so probably that will cut it.
