I currently have a 1600 x 900 monitor. I'm planning to get an upgrade to a 1920 x 1080 monitor.
There are 2 local shops I can buy them from. Sadly , Amazon doesn't provide free shipping for the monitors. correct me if I'm wrong.

From the links , you can tell I'm from Singapore. I have the XFX HD 7770 1GB GDDR5 Core Edition. The connections I can use is, DVI , HDMI , and VGA ( I have the adapter )

I was looking at the Asus VS228H ( TN, 19.5" ) and the VS239H-P ( IPS , 23" )
My budget is SG$200-250
I heard cheap IPS monitors are not good , but is the VS239H-P ok ?
