Okay so I'm gonna get a gtx 1070 gpu, and a monitor. But I don't know which one, I'm trying to decide between these three.
Other specs: i5-7600k 16GB ram
Games I'll play: csgo, witcher 3, battlefield 1 and such games.

Acer 24" Predator XB241H - 1080p144hz 24" g-sync

Acer 27" Predator XB271HUA G-Sync - 1440p144hz 27" g-sync

Acer 27" Predator XG270HU - 1440p144hz 27" FreeSync

The XB27 I don't really know if I can afford, so if any of the other two is good that would be great.

Oh, I thought the 1070 could handle the 1440p, I'll just get the first one then ^^

1070 can do about 70 FPS on max settings with some of the high end games at 2560x1440.
1080 can manage about 90FPS.

A little tweaking of the AA and details settings and you can get a 1070/1080 to hit 144FPS a lot of the time.

But if your goal is 144FPS with max settings with a 1070 then the 1080p screen is probably your best bet.

Ah yeah, I like 70 FPS, but if I were getting a 1440p it'd be the one with freesync because i can't afford any higher, but since I have nvidia I won't have any use for it. Or if I can have the freesync with nvidia that'd be cool too. I have to save for like 2 years to be able to afford like a 550$ 1440p144hz, which is rather cheap for that kind here in my country.

Nvidia has made no mention of caving in and getting Adaptive Sync working for their cards so you won't see that anytime soon.

Since G-Sync monitors don't have a traditional scalar, there is also pretty much zero chance of AMD ever making FreeSync work with G-Sync monitors. So if you pick one, you are pretty much stuck with it until we all switch to a truly universal video standard. (Show me USB 4.0 optics or something, why in the world do we even have HDMI and DP?)
