Which monitor?

My dad has asked me to look for a decent flat screen monitor for our home PC. He would like it to be 19" and wants to spend no more than £200 or about $380. He wants it to be future proof if there is such a thing in monitors. Any help that anybody can give me would be good.

I got it about 2 weeks ago and it's been stunning. Games look beautiful with absolutely no ghosting. Plus its HDCP complaint and has height adjustment.
