which monitor ?

good evening

im building a new pc as is sold my old one last year and now im looking for a monitor i have a few options to get from a local shop

ASUS ROG PG27AQ

24-236-405-TS


or BENQ XL2730Z

both are 27"

and the BENQ is 318$ cheaper

Well the ASUS is a 4K IPS monitor at 60Hz, thus the price increase. Good viewing angles, good color, and a decent response time.

BenQ is a 2560x1440 TN 144hz display that supports FreeSync. Great response time, adequate color, and poor viewing angles.

You can't use FreeSync with an Nvidia card, so it is basically a normal 144hz monitor for your purposes

GTX1080 can run either quite well, though with 4K you won't be able to max everything out.
