Which Motherboard Drivers do I need?

I'm using an MSI B350 Tomahawk (https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/b350-tomahawk#down-driver&Win10%2064) and an ASUS wifi card (https://www.asus.com/us/Networking/PCE-AC55BT/overview/)

Which drivers do I need for the B350? I've seen multiple reviews for the wifi card state that performance is just as good without the drivers as with, but should I get them anyway?
